{"id":138,"date":"2015-01-29T13:05:18","date_gmt":"2015-01-29T13:05:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cecilebrugere.com\/?p=138"},"modified":"2015-01-30T21:46:29","modified_gmt":"2015-01-30T21:46:29","slug":"aquaculture-development-plan-for-chad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cecilebrugere.com\/?p=138","title":{"rendered":"Aquaculture Development Plan for Chad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\tIn 2011, the Government of Chad requested technical assistance from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\">FAO<\/a> to elaborate an Aquaculture Development Plan supporting the implementation of its Strategic Framework for Aquaculture. The Plan was elaborated by an inter-disciplinary team of local and international experts led by Cecile Brugere, following a consultative process in-country. The Plan was validated during a national workshop held in N&rsquo;Djamena, in December 2012.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tL&rsquo;objectif g&eacute;n&eacute;ral du Plan de D&eacute;veloppement de l&#39;Aquaculture au Tchad est de d&eacute;montrer puis d&rsquo;amorcer le d&eacute;veloppement durable d&rsquo;une aquaculture commerciale, profitable et capable d&rsquo;&eacute;voluer dans un environnement promouvant l&rsquo;acc&egrave;s aux intrants, l&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;entreprenariat et la professionnalisation de la fili&egrave;re.
